Primary responsibilities:

• Work in collaboration with Recruiting Leads and Account Leads to understand and help determine short term talent acquisition needs to meet business objectives.
• Develop strong and effective partnerships with Recruiting & Account leads to advance talent acquisition initiatives.
• Partner with talent sourcing to build candidate generation plans which includes industry/competitive research and sourcing tactics to attract passive and active candidates.
• Source/Deliver highly qualified external candidates against open client positions
• Understand candidate career goals, design compensation recommendations, and consult to clients on how to successfully hire candidate

Qualifications: Smart Graduates with excellent written and oral communication skills  with a zeal to work in the professional services industry.

Interview method- Written Test ( Aptitude, email writing,& listening test) and face to face interview
